Holiday rentals with a patio in Perth and Kinross

This was my second stay at Evelyn's place, and it was just as fantastic as I remember it! It feels luxurious, comfortable, and homey all at once. Evelyn and Chris are so quick to respond, and they love the Pitlochry area so they have lots of recommendations. Bed is very comfy, the TV is huge and easy to stream Netflix on, kitchen is fully stocked and very clearly labeled, instruction manual is clear and organized... I could go on. As for the neighborhood and location, Pitlochry is a charming town with lovely shops and restaurants and a train station within minutes' walk of Evelyn's place, and it's an amazing base from which to explore the Scottish Highlands! Very centrally located. You cannot go wrong with Pitlochry or with Evelyn's place.

Little Roslyn is a perfect little self contained spot that meant we were able to make some home cooked meals while we are traveling which I really appreciated. Far enough away from everything that it was nice and quiet, but close enough that we had no issues getting around.

Marie’s flat is a fantastic place to stay for a visit to Perth! Convenient and centrally located yet quiet with private parking it offers everything you need for a short stay, The standard of the flat is excellent and it is spotlessly clean. Thank you so very much Marie!

Overall we were very happy with our stay. Excellent communication from the hosts and the place was very clean. We had our baby with us and the temperature outside was very cold and due to it being an older property the bedroom felt a bit chilly in the early hours of the morning. This was fine with the cosy duvet however it was a bit cold for the baby, the hosts were very accommodating in putting the heating back on for him which was much appreciated. The only very slight negative was there was a smell of possibly wet dog as you entered the air bnb however I know this sometimes can’t be helped with the wet weather and it being dog friendly accommodation. All in all a good stay and will return again

We had a lovely few days at this accommodation. We were greeted by the host within seconds of ringing to tell them we had arrived. The apartment was even better than it looked on pictures and was immaculate throughout. The games room and hot tub were a favourite all round and we all enjoyed them both. Both are very private and you aren’t overlooked by anyone at all.

Everything about the place was clean, comfortable and warm. Only small bit of feedback was that there was not enough toilet roll for the number of people!

A beautiful house in a perfect location for exploring what Scotland has to offer. Nicola was so easy & friendly to deal with. House had everything a family could possibly need.

We stayed at Elaine’s cottage in Dollar as we were visiting friends for Christmas just round the corner so was perfect. The cottage is beautifully decorated, a lovely bedroom and if you need it, a very comfy sofa bed in the lounge. There is a small but well positioned bathroom with a large walk in shower. The lounge is large, comfortable to relax in and the kitchen has everything you need for a stay with a wee private garden at the back. Parking was outside on the street in front of the cottage and there are lovely walks right from the doorstep If you need a place to stay while exploring the area, Stirling, Glasgow or Edinburgh then Elaine’s cottage is perfect Elaine was welcoming, always available on text and left a lovely hamper of goodies Thank you for a wonderful Christmas stay

We had a lovely few days with our family - including 6 grandchildren and 2 dogs! . The house is in a lovely location and the layout worked well with plenty for the children to do playing pool and table football. well the bedroom were spacious all with en-suites and there is plenty to do in the area. A lovely stay. Thank you.

Such a fantastic property in such peaceful surroundings, yet only a short walk to the heart of the city. Can certainly highly recommend Hollybush Cottage, was exactly as described and perfect for our family vacation. The views, the wildlife, the space to enjoy, all made it such a memorable trip for us all. Thanks to Clare for being responsive and providing us with the perfect base.

We had a great short stay at Bartlomiej's flat with our young family and dog. There's a lovely walk at North Inch by the river just minutes away. Easy access to Perth middle with lots of things to do. Very accommodating host. Thanks for having us.

Had a lovely few days in the Dukes Cottage. The house was exactly as described. It was extremely cozy especially with the Scottish weather. The location was perfect for exploring Aberfoyle and the surrounding area. Once the car was parked you had plenty of amenities you can easily walk to supermarket, café, restaurant and shops. Would definitely recommend and would gladly stay there again.

A very welcoming comfortable and spacious home from home. We had a great time and enjoyed the local scenery, walks, Hogmanay celebrations in Comrie and returning to a warm comfortable house to sit by a beautiful open fire at night. A perfect house to reunite family over New Year. Also the dog loved the walks and fresh air!

Lovely stay! I was up here for work, and the property was perfect—clean, well-equipped, warm, and with very comfortable beds. Made the trip much more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay, well maintained, good location, last minute booking and check in was very easy. Beautiful apartment, and parking which is a must. No cot however this is available upon request we just booked very last minute (about an hour before check in) and cot was being used in another property. Would definitely recommend this property.

We had a brilliant stay at this charming home in birnam, the photos don’t do it justice. The home was sparkling clean, hosts were great at communicating, check in was super easy and the home was filled with so many homely touches and everything you need in the kitchen. Our stay over the Christmas holiday was fantastic and made even more amazing by our hosts who went the extra mile to make our holiday extra special. The added touches of a Christmas tree and decorations, Christmas hamper and hot chocolates made our stay feel like home. The apartment was perfect for our holiday: modern, comfortable, nicely decorated and most importantly very clean which made staying in a pleasure on a rainy day. The view over the river was a real treat: seeing the river change with the weather, watching birds and catching the odd glimpse of otters was a great experience for the children. We would like to thank our hosts for giving us all an amazing home away from home.

The Wee Coorie was a lovely, clean space in an ideal location. The host was quick to respond and ensured our stay went smoothly.
