Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Perth and Kinross

A lovely visit in very serene and tranquil surroundings. House is very quirky and well equipped. Beds and towels etc all very clean. There was some general maintenance things that could be a bit more up to scratch such as a new lick of paint in some areas, broken locks, hard to clean pans etc but this did not detract from our stay. 2 dishwashers was an excellent idea! Beautiful house though and really spacious. We had a fantastic time and Mhairi was great with any questions we had. Highly recommend for a quiet break away!

Such an amazing place. Beds super comfortable which is so important and often not the case with holiday rentals. Mimi was gorgeous and so welcoming. You must stay here. We will return.

Stayed for 3 nights at this remarkable property. If you are contemplating holidaying here I urge you do it, just book it now! husband, dog & I revelled in this haven of a house and it felt mansion sized, you can lose yourself among the generously proportioned rooms. The heart of the house being the huge traditional kitchen with welcoming raeburn stove which flows seamlessly into one of the most comfortable living rooms we’ve ever encountered on Airbnb. We loved the tasteful decoration throughout & the carefully curated quirky modern & antique mix of furnishings. Outside the hot tub is of a very high, quality standard & and those powerful wee jets were an absolute tonic after a day’s hillwalking! Did I mention the owner’s attention to detail? And at last, Someone who understands the importance of silky soft & crisp bedding!! Peaceful setting with the joy of hooting owls & the odd stag grazing in the field in the evenings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a very beautiful part of the world. Our accommodation was absolutely ideal for all. Meg was very responsive and was professional in her approach. We cannot recommend the property highly enough. Thanks Andy & the cycling guys.

We had a wonderful Easter stay at Marianne's place. Surrounded by nature... moss covered trees, bubbling river, new lambs and visits from donkeys in the morning... and a warm cosy house to return back to after a long walks (and the best stocked kitchen on airbnb). Also great to meet Marianne in person to hear about the farm - and our kids enjoyed their walk with the horses. Highly recommend!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Lara's Airbnb! The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Lara was an excellent host—warm, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. We all truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Stayed for a week, but didn’t want to leave, the minute I opened the door, i felt right at home, everything about the house and location hits the mark. The rustic charm of the interior fits the house perfect. Communication with the host was easy, with quick response to my questions. Will definitely book again and again. Love the house and love Pitlochry.

What a beautiful spot! I was content never to move from the garden, although my co -travellers would probably have had something to say about it. Samantha was fantastically accommodating to our requests re when we could check in and out and length of stay. The house is perfect for a couple of families - so much space and set out in a way that you can get away from everyone, should you need to. Everything was there that you needed, beds were comfy, everything was easy to use and the living spaces were all very relaxing. Wildlife galore to be seen with your morning coffee. There are lovely walks to be had from your doorstep, and The Bridge of Cally Pub and shop are a short walk along the road. Balnabea is perfectly situated for exploring Perthshire - ours was a short break away, but as usual Scotland delivers in making you feel you've been away for double the length of time. We recommend The Hermitage and Dunkeld. We loved it so much we wanted to make it our annual retreat.

Beautiful cottage in a lovely location. The cottage was well kept and very homely. It was ideal for our family with everything we needed. The location was fantastic. Great walks for the dogs, both at the cottage and nearby (some recommended by the owner). As well as close to a number of child friendly locations and activities for our 7 year old. A large Tesco was nearby as well as some great restaurants. We found it very relaxing and enjoyed watching the garden birds, red squirrel, and local deer. The owner was very helpful, with quick responses, and all relevant information provided in advance. The only point we have to note was the limited water pressure for the shower. The owner did make us aware of this in advance of the visit. Although low pressure, it was also still sufficient, clean, and worked so we could have a shower. Thanks again to Ashley for all her support throughout and her beautiful holiday home.

Great 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We recently stayed for three fantastic nights at Erigmore Spa Cottage in Birnam, Dunkeld. The Cottage had cosy feel, sunny bright spacious rooms, private back yard with a large hot tub! Located in a quiet park, with plenty walks around the area. We came away feeling relaxed and refreshed. We hope to return sometime in near future.

We had a perfectly peaceful stay at beautiful Fingask. Very well equipped, comfortable and spacious; milk, shortbread, tea/coffee provided on arrival. We took day trips out and explored the grounds. Fingask was exactly what we were looking for for our short break - and the sun was shining too!

The house was spotless, well-equipped, and comfortable, offering everything we could have asked for. It truly felt like a home away from home. Lovely stay! Accommodation was beautiful, all the thoughtful extras I’ve probably never seen an Airbnb go so far out their way to add that little extra to enhance a visitors stay. Very responsive to questions and the property was immaculately clean! 5 ⭐️

This place is absolute heaven! We went with our two dogs for a mini-moon in the days following our wedding and it was just perfect. The views are absolutely breathtaking and we enjoyed spending the days watching the birds of prey nesting in a nearby tree. The dogs loved being able to run around the garden (it is worth noting the garden is not fully enclosed due to the driveway. This was not an issue for us - just letting other dog owners know!). The property itself is so lovely inside and has everything you need. We loved being out in the hot tub then coming in to put a fire on. I could not recommend this place enough and we are desperate to get back again soon! We explored lots of local walks, went to Glenturret Distillery and had a delicious Italian takeaway from Montanaro (highly recommend). If you are thinking about booking this Airbnb - do it!

Such a fantastic property in such peaceful surroundings, yet only a short walk to the heart of the city. Can certainly highly recommend Hollybush Cottage, was exactly as described and perfect for our family vacation. The views, the wildlife, the space to enjoy, all made it such a memorable trip for us all. Thanks to Clare for being responsive and providing us with the perfect base.

A super cosy, relaxing and friendly stay. Very spacious annex, lovely warm living room by the fire and one of the comfiest beds ever (forgot to ask where the duvet was from!!) They are lovely and friendly and this would be my number one choice for a stay in perth/ dunkled region! Lots of privacy and safety, and a space to sit outside too! Go for a day in dunkeld!
