Monthly Rentals in Phru Nai

Wow, we loved to stay at Jasmine Villa. It was like having our very own weekend house on the island. The house is recently built, with good quality and great design, it was super comfortable. We had everything we needed. Emanuela was a great host who helped us with everything we needed (eg booking taxi, renting bikes, doing the laundry). 5 mins walk from Pasai beach. Great place, i totally recommend it!

The place was in a really nice location, it was also very clean and tidy. The hoster was so helpful and friendly and responded really quick to messages and requests. Recommend her place.

The apartments are fully compliant with the description. The photos are realistic, everything matches up to the smallest detail (even decorative elements). The condo has a pool and mini gym. The sea is a 15-minute walk, the road is convenient. Nearby there are restaurants, supermarkets, many bike rental points, but it was not possible to rent a car on the spot. Hosts are welcoming and allowed to check in early. The apartment is well stocked with towels, changeable bedding, beach mats, enough appliances and utensils in the kitchen. However, the sofa sleeper for a third person is a little broken and blocks the front door in an unfolded state. The soundproofing in the condo is not great, you can hear the neighboring air conditioners, some pump noise above the apartment. So if you have sensitive sleep, take note of it. Utilities are charged separately, but the cost is more than acceptable (we got 1020 baht for 18 days with active use of air conditioning). Conclusion: For one or two people – a good budget option, for three – not the most convenient solution.
