Monthly Rentals in Phuket Island

My girlfriend and I had a great time staying at Bolun’s place. The location is great, only a quick walk to a lot of restraunts, the beach, and close to Patong and Bang Tao. Room was pristine and access to tons of amenities. Not to mention Bolun’s hospitality was incredible as he was responsive and helped us with any of our questions. Would recommend!

I had an incredible stay at Olga's apartment in the Calypso Gardens building in Rawai, Phuket! From start to finish, Alexandra was the perfect co-host: warm, responsive, and attentive to every detail. She went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and promptly addressed any questions I had. The apartment itself was even better than the photos—spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. The modern amenities, including the fully equipped kitchen and high-speed Wi-Fi, made it easy to feel right at home. The balcony view overlooking the quiet downstairs pool was a perfect spot to relax. Calypso Gardens building is in a prime location but also quiet, close to Rawai Beach and within easy reach of cafes, markets, and local attractions. The building itself has 24 hour security and it's well-maintained. The rooftop pool and gym are great! I highly recommend Olga's place to anyone visiting Rawai. I was sad to leave!

Really great stay! This air B and B is a room with a small kitchenette in a hotel. The facilities were great and it looked just like the photos. Its also a great location, walking distance to Rawai beach and the hotel provides 3 free shuttle buses to Nai Harn beach per day. Just a few things to note if staying here, there's no amenities such as soap, toilet roll, washing up liquid etc. so bare this in mind if you are arriving late. The second thing and this has nothing to do with the host but if you want the room cleaned you have to pay the hotel 535 baht which is ok but it didn't include changing the bed sheets or fresh towels. We did this and got a very poor cleaning service, they made the bed and swept up and that was it. It wasn't worth the 535 baht. You have to pay extra to get clean towels and sheets but nowhere did it say that. I think that's a rip off to be honest. Other than that we had an amazing stay! Thank you!

I liked everything: we chose it because of the location, lived for 24 days . The complex is cool , the gym is included in the price, 600 m beach , the beach is cool . Everything worked perfectly.
