It was very nice staying in Sophie's place. The place is very quiet and the house is a small jewel perfectly nestled in the setting of the places that host it. I recommend it to anyone looking for an oasis in the middle of nature without sacrificing comfort and comfort.

Beautifully located with an amazing view from the terrace. The driveway is narrow and a bit bumpy, so a smaller vehicle is the ideal solution to easily get anywhere. Pratovecchio Stia is a very nice place with an excellent ice cream parlor and an excellent bakery. We enjoyed our vacation and can absolutely recommend the apartment. You shouldn't have fear of bugs, small scorpions or lizards - they're just part of it. For this, you are in the middle of the nature.

Amazing Stay! Eleanora is an amazing and generous host. She is the most kind-hearted, honest, and warm host I have ever encountered through Airbnb. This is a great place to stay for anyone who needs a break from a bustling city. This is a great place to stay for any artist(s) or writers who need a quiet place to work or gain inspiration. This is a great place to stay if you love nature, and outdoor animals (friendly cats, dogs, butterflies..) Eleanora was available for any questions or issues during the stay and always did her best to make sure we felt welcomed, safe, and happy! The space was clean and tidy at our arrival and had a signature scent that smelled fresh and luxurious. The outdoor space was great for enjoying a coffee or setting up a small dinner before sunset. Great stay! Absolutely the cleanest Airbnb that I have ever stayed at! Spacious and very well equipped. Graziano was always quick to respond to any questions. There is a local train/bus to Arezzo (for connections everywhere), 20 minutes away by foot, however service times can be limited so it is best to have a car. Safe and free parking right outside the door. Highly recommend!
