Staying at Paolo’s home was an unforgettable experience! The location is simply perfect- peaceful yet conveniently close to everything, offering a breathtaking view. Without a doubt, my favorite spot was the living room. Its unique and cozy style created the perfect atmosphere, making every moment there truly special. Apartment as described, very clean and tidy. Equipped with all the equipment to be able to stay at its best: there are any type of dishes, detergent sponges and soaps, everything you need for a good breakfast is also available. Also well equipped for families with children, great garden to manage dogs in peace. Autonomous heating that can be managed by guests and a working monoxide detector.

From the first moment of the vacation, you felt comfortable in this unique historic house with its great garden! The whole ambience invites you to relax and offers a perfect vacation time! Gianluca is an excellent landlord who is always available to his guests! He enriches the stay with tips for attractions, restaurants and shopping for everyday life. We had an accident on the way back and Gianluca helped and supported us so lovingly! It's a gift to meet people like him! They enrich life! Thank you

The house is brand new and equipped with every comfort and the stay was particularly pleasant because, despite the heat outside, we did not feel the need to turn on the air conditioner since the house has great isolation. We especially appreciated the tranquility of the house and the area: it is the ideal setting to relax in the evening after a day at the sea! Despite the quiet area, however, a short distance from the house there are several commercial activities and an excellent gastronomy, specializing in sea cuisine that offers takeaway service, very useful in the evening when you don't want to cook! In conclusion: a great solution if you want to stay away from the chaos of the coast, despite having all the services and the sea at a reasonable distance.
