Monthly Rentals in Picnic Point

Booked a two week stay for my son who was taking an intensive course and needed a quiet secure place to study. He got a private room with a desk, his own bathroom and a safe space to stay. The house is really nice and made a big difference. It was a little bit farther from downtown Edmonds than we’d hoped, but honestly worth it for the price and beautiful home accommodations. There seemed to be long term roommates in the residence when my son arrived, which made my him feel more secure knowing lots of guests weren’t coming and going. Naveed was great to book with and we would definitely book again!

place was cozy, looked just like the photos, and had cool trinkets and lights. wifi worked well, bed was comfortable, and the shower was the best part, great water pressure and temperature. I'm very satisfied with my stay and would book again.

Amir was a kind host and the place was neat and clean. Cozy and comfortable.

Our stay at Jay’s Airbnb was great! We stayed here long term and Jay was very responsive and accommodating. I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough.
