I was at Enzo's with a friend in early January. The experience was very pleasant and satisfying. Enzo is a very welcoming person and available to provide directions and information. He welcomed us with great care and kindness! And what a surprise to listen to some good music in the small theater he created! The house is small but very welcoming and well maintained. We'll definitely be back in the summer!

This is, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb stays in Italy, hosted by the best host. I have stayed in many Airbnb homes over the past 10 years, and while I have been satisfied with most of them, Francesca and her home truly deserve the highest praise. The apartment exceeded all my expectations, meeting every need with top-quality equipment and furnishings. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, closets - everything was simply perfect. Beyond that, the location is fantastic. If you were moving to Parma permanently, this is probably the first neighborhood you would consider. You are just a few minutes' walk from everything -supermarkets, the city center, restaurants...- yet the apartment remains incredibly quiet, with no noise or chaos whatsoever. Francesca, with her kindness and attentive attitude, is not only a fantastic host but also a truly wonderful person. I will be staying in Parma for a while longer, and I will always recommend Francesca’s home to any friends visiting me in Parma.

Very nice house, located in a super quiet area. Mario and his wife are extremely nice and helpful people, and we had a really great time. The house is impeccably maintained and is equipped with all the amenities. Excellent service: upon arrival we found water and fresh juices in the fridge, as well as coffee capsules, tea bags and chamomile at our disposal. In addition, there was a fireplace with wood ready to be lit, which made the atmosphere even more welcoming. We really appreciated the fact that the heaters were already on, ensuring a warm and comfortable environment from the very start.
