This place is it! Mel is incredibly helpful. The Casita is spacious and full of comforts right down to the sheets. But the location if you're looking for river access on a quieter part of the river is just outstanding! We put our boards in from his backyard and floated south a few miles. A new fav!

Great location for boating at the nearby Bill Williams Wildlife Refuge on lower Lake Havasu! Plenty of room to park two vehicles in the driveway, easy self check-in/out, clean and comfortable home at a competitive price for our 12 day fishing holiday. Thanks, Andee!

Shannon's place was quite comfortable and very roomy and in a quiet neighborhood with no shared walls as a standalone unit. An issue with the internet was resolved quickly and it was nice to have condiments, spices, and other food items already available. I would recommend staying here.
