It's a small place, but we knew that going in. We had a great time during our 3 months there and he couldn't have been more accommodating.

Truly a gem! I was here for almost 5 weeks. We loved how clean the townhouse was, the amenities, and the separate work spaces and 2 bathrooms/showers. My husband and I absolutely fell in love with the neighborhood. So colorful, unique, and charming. The proximity to the beach was perfect. I even stayed a few weeks as a solo female and always felt safe here, including walking to and from restaurants after dark. The wifi worked well for working remotely. The neighbors a few houses down were loud at times as previously described, and Mara let us know about this situation prior to committing to the booking. This was not an issue for us even when working remotely on zoom meetings as the windows have great insulation. Mara is a fantastic host and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. She even had a birthday cupcake with candles and a bottle of wine ready for us upon arrival to help celebrate my husband's birthday. Would absolutely recommend this spot to explore Valencia!
