Monthly Rentals in Playa Nosara

We loved our stay at the beach villa. Beautiful natural surroundings with howler monkeys in the trees within 30 meters of the house at times. There is a wild/pristine beach with great uncrowded waves just a short walk down the hill and across the main road. Great smoothy shop (Yosi's Soda) which the kids loved, was also down the hill in the little village of Ostional. We went to Nosara and and some other local beach villages for our dinners out, which were all within 20-30 minutes driving distance. The Villa itself was perfect. The pictures tell the story. We spent a lot of time cooling off in the pool! You will not be disappointed if you are looking for a peaceful Costa Rican getaway. Evan is a great host, and will dial you in with tips/recommendations based on what you are looking for. We wish we could have stayed a bit longer! :)

Great place -- perfect walking distance to the beach and places to eat! Very clean and beautiful space! Would 10/10 stay here again!

Pictures don’t do it justice, just like the multiple oceans…two I walked to from this property. Secure, safe, place was fantastic even though I was barely there because I was always at the beaches. Location is close but just far enough away for peace and tranquility. Andreas gave me so many great recommendations and they were all fantastic! He also invited me to meet his local friends since he found out I was there to shop for a home. All were super helpful and gave great insight into the area and what to do, what not to do. Truly another divinely orchestrated piece of my journey that I will not soon forget. If I need to come back before my house is mine in Nosara, I will try to stay at Casa Pura Vida Magic!

We had a wonderful time. The place was very clean, private, and away from the busy town of Nosara. We found it convenient to get to the place, and we were in walking distance of beach, restaurants, and activities. Andie was a great host!
