Hotel holiday rentals in Playacar Beach

CONVENIENT LOCATION IF YOU DON 'T WANT MUCH LOUD, IT'S NOT SO LOUD FROM THE 5AV. THERE ARE RULES OF COEXISTENCE, THERE IS ONLY A SHOWER LEAK AND THE ENTIRE BATHROOM FLOOR IS WET, WHICH I HAD A SMALL ACCIDENT THAT I DID NOT GO TO A MAJOR, COST- STAY WOULD SAY THAT WELL, THE PHOTOS ALWAYS MAKE THE PLACE MAGIC ALTHOUGH THE PLACE IS NOT BAD ONLY THE PHOTOS MAKE IT LOOK MORE BEAUTIFUL.

Mickaell is a very friendly and helpful person. We have stayed with him several times, and he has always provided exceptional service and top-notch attention. I highly recommend him 100%, as in addition to being an excellent host, the apartments he rents are always in excellent condition. Interacting with him is a truly pleasant experience.

Nice location a little hard to find at the start. Beautiful amenities, pool, quiet location and close to everything.

In general everything is fine, the bathroom, sheets and pillows were very clean, it has a very nice view of the garden and pool. The only thing that confused us was the address, it is poorly located on the map and also the address that takes you to google maps, I had to look apart in the maps app to find the real hotel as it is confused with another, the address is Av. 10 nord corner with 22 Norte.

Very beautiful and large accommodation very well located! It is a 3 minute walk to the 5th and less than 10 mins walk with young children to the beach!

A stylish place, quiet and with all necessary furniture and accessories. Wonderful rooftop with pool. About 7 minutes from downtown (by car).

I had a great stay at Ah Xok Suites! From the prime location to the friendly staff to the clean room - I felt safe, at home, and relaxed. It's right off of 5th Ave with bars, restaurants, and shops. Also, just a few minutes walking distance to the beach. I spent a lot of time at Fragata Beach Club, which Ah Xok has a great deal with for guests that want access to the club for the day. I've already recommended that friends stay at Ah Xok if they are ever in Playa Del Carmen. Thank you!

Great stay! Tere was helpful and communicative! The place was clean and had hot water, which I always love even when it’s hot out. I was thankful for the outdoor seating area. The dogs in the other homes can be a bit annoying but nothing major. The only thing that could’ve been better would be a microwave but I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back. Thanks for having me! ☺️

Accommodation faithful to photos The room is large with a desk and a private en-suite bathroom with toilet - There is hot water The room overlooks a street so there is clearly noise constantly (city) The neighborhood is off-center (50 min walk from the TEEN touristica station to the apartment by 5th avenue) and the neighborhood is typical local so may seem "ghetto" - it's not at all the neighborhood to choose to go out but rather to immerse yourself in reality Small supermarket and excellent tacos right across the street And the nearby beach is beautiful and not very touristy apart from the big hotel nearby Raquel is available if we have any questions and leaves us in peace if that's what we want There's also the cat 🐈 (who talks to be used to meowing) and plants We climbed through a common house and a neighbor's dog traumatized me by barking on me Lots of stray dogs in the neighborhood too
