Holiday rentals with beach access in Poetto

The apartment was perfect. Lots of good resturants and cafes next to the apartment. Close to Cagliari centre, marina, bus stops and train station, but really quiet at the same time. Apartment was very clean and larger than we expected. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Really good communication with the host, with lots of local recommendations. Definitely recommend for your stay in Cagliari! :)

It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. Beautiful apartment for a wonderfully relaxing stay in Sardinia. The pictures say it all... Taty and Luca are easily accessible. Great starting point for many excursions, the proximity to Cagliari is a wonderful change from beach life in the area. Very relaxing stay ;-))

I stayed for 4 nights during the Easter Holiday with my boyfriend, it was perfect for what we were looking for. I especially suggest this place for the summer cause it's extremely close to the beach with many beach bars and restaurants, otherwise it's really close to the beautiful park of Molentargius where is really easy to see the Flamingos. Supermarket and Pharmacy also very close by. The fact that there are two bathrooms was also very comfortable.

Barbara was a great host. The Airbnb was nice and clean, with everything you could need. The beach and bus stop were nearby. Barbara answered all of our questions and gave us lots of useful information about Cagliari. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a very nice stay in Nicola's apartment. The apartment is large, bright and modernly furnished and is within walking distance of beaches and bus connections to the city. Communication with Nicola was very good and uncomplicated. We even got some recommendations for activities in the area. Nicola was also very flexible and accommodated us with the check-out time. We would definitely recommend it. Tip: Pack plenty of mosquito spray in August.

The apartment was wonderful. The rooms were large with very high ceilings. The kitchen was very well equipped with good quality equipment. Even the knives were sharp, a rare thing in an Airbnb. There is a small balcony overlooking a nice square which has a Sunday antiques market. At the corner of the square is the stop for a small train that takes you around Cagliari's main tourist spots which was a good introduction to the city. The apartment was very close to the train station and bus stops. We purchased a bus ticket from the building on the seaside of the bus stops and caught the number 8 bus to the muesum. The museum was very good. We then walked down through the old street of Cagliari past most of the main tourist locations of Cagliari back to the apartment. A very good apartment in a great location

The house is spacious, with a front and back garden. The location is quiet. We found everything we needed in the house and Davide allowed us to check out slowly. Good value.

We had an amazing family holiday here and loved the ambient of the house with its vicinity to a wonderful sandy beach and crystal clear water. Thank you to Enrico who supported us with helpful advice!

We loved staying here as a family. The hosts were so helpful and friendly even loaning a fishing rod. Their advice was great! The house was great and had everything we needed. We liked that there were 2 bathrooms. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay with stunning views & wonderful hosts. Our tips for people staying: You need a car to get around but do get an SUV as the roads around are full of holes so it was easier compared to a normal car. If you stay in the back bedroom and like to get up past 7am or sleep in the afternoons take ear plugs. The neighbour has loud conversations on his telephone & you can hear it all & their shower etc If you are a light sleeper you will need this or use the 2 front bedrooms. Make sure you watch the sunset. It’s beautiful The recycling takes a bit to work out what is where if you don’t speak Italian but use a translator app and take a picture and it translates it for you

We had a wonderful family stay in this very nice quiet house! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is stunning and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cupboards are very well stocked… you really feel at home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days. 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and had great tips for us to have a good stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

We searched for accommodation close to the sea, approached by taxi from the airport. It's very well equipped, spacious, clean, and we've had six of us. Nearby Coop shop, 12 minutes to the bus stop. We took the yellow bus PF to Cagliari, it's about 50 minutes. Martina's father welcomed me and explained everything. There were mineral waters in the fridge and orange and lemon on the table. What was a little lacking was the wifi for six of us.

The house is outstanding for 6 people, we been traveling first time to discover Sardinia and the house is spacious and has nice garden we found all the property very clean. Also the house is located close to Coop groceries very important if you planning to prepare food at home and the beach is very close too. Air conditioning works good and kitchen ans living room were very nice. Communication with Laura was always good.

We stayed in this apartment for more than a week. If you don't want to rent a car and just want to relax, you can easily get to the apartment with just one bus from the central train station. Owners are very friendly, met us outside the apartment and showed us around. Thereʼre two big grocery stores and restaurants near apartment. The apartment was actually great with a sea view and beautiful balconies on which you can spend hours. Sea is also close , about 15 minutes walk on a nice big beach. If you are looking for an apartment with great owners where you have everything you need and more, clean and comfortable, Really do not think and rent Michela apartment you will be 100% satisfied and have a great time. The accommodation was pristine and had all the amenities you needed. Huge balcony with views of the sea and mountains. Perfect for your morning coffee or evening wines on the balcony!

A well-equipped and clean apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. A helpful, courteous, and kind host, thoroughly explained and showed everything, was in touch before and during the stay. The place is very quiet, relaxing; a great base for trips by car to numerous, diverse beaches nearby and to explore the south of the island. There is also a beach available on site, although not as attractive as many others next door (access from a few minutes to half an hour by car). The only downside was the mattresses on the double bed in the bedroom, but it didn't affect your stay. Thank you and kind regards!

Silvia was a good host, she provided us with clear directions for a late-night self check-in. The accommodation absolutely matches the photos and description, within walking distance of the Poetto promenade.

This house deserves 100% attention for the beautiful view of the beach and the whole city. We were very pleased to stay here, all appliances are in good condition, the house is clean and cleaned weekly. It is also worth mentioning the neighbor's cat who liked to spend time with us) I recommend to visit here for the view and the feeling of privacy

We loved staying in this apartment, it was nice and clean, had a giant window, air conditioning. Several coffee shops close by. Easy to get on bus to go downtown. Apartment just 1 block off beautiful beach
