staying in poetto was wonderful. access to the beach was 4 minutes away and also the bus into the city could be picked up right along the beach. the house was very nice and accommodated our group very well. I would recommend bringing mosquito repellent or purchasing when arriving as we did get bit up with being outside and from opening up the doors to the house at different times. Andrea's co- host, Daniela was very helpful and welcoming and was the primary point of contact during our visit. we had a great time and would love to come back!

Our holiday at Simona's place couldn't have been any more beautiful. The garden is stunning, it really is an oasis with orange and lemon trees and lots of other beautiful flowers and plants, inviting you to have breakfast or a coffee outside. The apartment is really well equipped, we were even able to bake a cake there. There is a coffee machine as well as two bialetti coffee makers and everything you need to prepare your meals. Simona, her partner and her mother are so warm, welcoming and helpful, we were really sad to leave and are truly grateful for the wholesome time we had at her beautiful place 😊.

We rally enjoyed staying at Pierluigi’s house. The house was very clean and comfortable, supplied with everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the view of the Sea from the garden. Pierluigi is a fantastic host, very easy to communicate with, and very helpful, giving us advice as to where to eat, or which places to visit. I wish we were able to stay longer!

Great host. There was nothing missing. The beach house was fantastic and we will definitely come back.

Torre Delle Stelle was a beautiful discovery: the beach with the crystal clear sea 2 minutes away on foot, the quiet area, no resort or hotel, only many villas scattered on the promontory, so much so that in the evening it seemed to be in a famous town on the Amalfi Coast. Villa Federica offers every comfort: new and equipped bathrooms and kitchen, air conditioning in the rooms, a beautiful outdoor area overlooking the sea.

We felt very comfortable at Sheila’s beautiful place. The apartment was cozy, clean and we felt very safe :) Sheila is a wonderful host, great communication, very helpful and kind :) We can highly recommend Sheila’s place, also for long term stay it has everything you need :) We definitely would come back :)

The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, there is a supermarket about 200 meters away and some pizzerias and bars about a 10-minute walk away. The pool is really very large, the door to the sea is fantastic and the sea is great for a refreshing dip or snorkeling. The accommodation is very comfortable, and there is a large living room from which you can see the sea. Anna Rita and Riccardo were great hosts always available for any request or information.

The first thing that captivates you when you arrive at the villa is the stunning view and the vista. The mountain background coupled with the west facing sunset view of the water and the beach…. Never got old. The villa itself is comfortable - we were two families 7 total, with 3 kids…. Perfect fit for all of us. Outdoor space is spectacular and there’s enough room inside to really spread out. We used the ‘il forno’ and had some sunset dinners - bellisimo! Will definitely visit again!

Great host. Very proactive and very responsive to our questions. The house was as described and matched the pictures. Only a few steps to the beach. Lovely pool that our children really enjoyed in particular.

Impeccable villa in a splendid setting, swimming pool with sea views. The house was identical to the photos. I recommend it.

We were a family of nine (7 adults, 2 children) and two infants. The Villa was just about perfect for a house on the beach. The Beach was beautiful with white sand in a protected bay. It was very private and the landscaping was beautiful. The Villa was less then an hour drive from the airport in Cagliari and there was a very well stocked grocery market walking from the Villa. Having two separate apartments apart from the house worked out very well and gave everyone space. The pool was ideal for the children since is was only 3 feet deep. The kitchen in the main house was small and did not have an oven. We hired a Chef for dinners and she had some challenges in preparing some of the meals. The hosts were responsive to our needs and would generally get back to us within a day. Overall it was a wonderful place to say and I would certainty rent it again.

we had an amazing time. it is such a beautiful location with stunning views over the see. you could walk about 10 mins down the road for some incredible views of the local beach. we loved that there was lots of different seating areas so you could always find shade if you needed or sunbathe when you want to. and the pool was perfect as it had different depths too it that suited the whole family.

Our stay at Maria Elena's was relaxing. BEAUTIFUL view of the beaches, relaxing, only 3 minute walk from the ocean...sandy beach, calm atmosphere The place is conveniently located close to other small towns and city of Cagliari...so lots to explore!

I have just spent 10 days at Alessandra's apartment .The apartment was just as described and looked in the photos.The apartment has absolutely everything you could wish for and is clean spacious .The weather in October was amazing and any little problem that arose was sorted on the phone right away.The host is available any time by phone or text. One thing you need to get around is transport a bike scooter or car .

Marilinda's house has lots of character and was just right for us. The location and close proximity to the sea, along with the beautiful interior spaces made our holiday extra special. As a party of 3 adults, we really enjoyed the spaciousness of the house, and each had a double room to ourselves. The furnishings were both tasteful and charming and the outdoor spaces -2 balconies and a terrace offered great places to sit and eat together. The views over the bay were fantastic from the balconies and hearing the sounds of the sea was very relaxing and special. It was particularly lovely having a pathway and steps directly from the house down to the rocky shore from which you can reach the beach. We were met by Valeria who was welcoming and helpful, providing local advice for trips etc. Marilinda was also very informative, responsive and helpful, leaving us a welcome basket for the first morning. We really enjoyed staying at the house and would very much like to return to stay again.

This house deserves 100% attention for the beautiful view of the beach and the whole city. We were very pleased to stay here, all appliances are in good condition, the house is clean and cleaned weekly. It is also worth mentioning the neighbor's cat who liked to spend time with us) I recommend to visit here for the view and the feeling of privacy

We stayed in this beautiful villa from 19/09 to 28/09/24 and had a wonderful, joyful vacation in Sardinia. Silvia is a very nice host, made us feel very welcome and allowed us to check in early. The property is very clean, the rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. The garden is stunning. All the beach bars, coffee shops are within walking distance. The beach and the beautiful sea are just across the road. Only minor issues - mosquitoes flew in, perhaps it would be a good idea to install screens on the windows of both bathrooms. Andrea's place is very functional and very well-equipped, located close to the center of Cagliari (20 min by car) and the main road. It fits very well with people of medium size (1m60-1m70)!

Federica is a great host, super helpful, she welcomed us well before check-in time and made us stay even after check-out time. When we arrived, he made us find some delicacies and gave us many suggestions both his places to see and restaurants. The house is even more beautiful from the real, super clean and with every comfort, like being at home. The excellent potion to see Cagliari and to go around the south of wonderful Sardinia. I highly recommend it and it will be a pleasure to go back.

We had a great time at Lara's place. The apartment is nice and spacious and the large terrace that goes around the apartment is a real plus! The location is ideal to enjoy Poetto beach (5min walk) and visit Cagliari (10-15 min by bus or car). Lara is also very accommodating and warmly welcomed us. We will be back ☺️
