Monthly Rentals in Polizhan

We had a wonderful stay at Eva's beautiful stone house. This is definitely the nicest place we have rented on AirBnB ever and we already miss the delightful atmosphere inside the castle. It was a bit out of season when we were there, but cafes and restaurants were still open. Everyone we met was very friendly and welcoming and we were missing nothing. We woke up by the morning sun for 7 and started the day with a coffee cup at one of the small cafes. Then we bought fresh bread and eggs in the small kiosk and made breakfast which we enjoyed in the garden, which is undisturbed and sunny with views towards the mountains. Eva always responded kindly almost immediately when we had any questions. The apartment and Eva would have gotten 10 stars if possible! We will definitely return!!!

The house is spotless and well taken care of. Enriko's mother welcomed us with a fresh jug of pomegranate juice, grapes and bottle of home-made wine. They have a grape and pomegranate garden in the backyard which is lovely. Kitchen has everything you need to cook for the whole family and both of the bathrooms were sparkling clean. Enriko himself was very responsive to all of our requests and gave good suggestions about the local places to visit. I would definately reccommend their house to everybody visiting Berat!

Beautiful modern apartment, crystal clean, had all amenities and very spacious. We had a wonderful stay with our family. The spacious panoramic balcony is a great addition which offers spectacular views. You could spot the Berat castle and the mountains from there. Grocery stores are within 2 min walking distance. Erika was very helpful and proactive in communication. Highly recommended for families

We absolutely loved staying here - the house was exactly as described - even better actually! It was super clean, comfortable and had everything you could need (kitchen equipment, washing machine, bedding, towels etc)…The thought and care which has gone into making it a good home for guests really shines through. The pool and outside surroundings were beautiful - the pool was super clean and had lots of great floaties which our children loved. We were two families (7 in total) and we had lots of space and felt right at home. Valentino and his family are just divine! So friendly and hospitable - we were made to feel like family! We would love to stay again. It’s an easy 15 minute drive to Berat. We really will miss this wonderful home and family. Recommend staying here without a doubt - you’ll love it!
