Monthly Rentals in Pollença

From the moment I walked in I felt like I was home. The entry is inviting and the indoor outdoor living was ideal for the time of year I chose. The kitchen is full sized with plenty of counter space and nice appliances. The instruction manuals were handy so figuring out how to use the stove and washer was easy. The main bedroom and bath was so nice and my guests enjoyed the charm of the other bedrooms. The location can’t be beat, restaurants nearby (highly recommend La Placeta and La Trencadoro) and the neighborhood grocery store L’Hortet was so convenient. Hiking the Puig de Maria was a treat and just challenging enough. The beach is an easy bus ride. It was an amazing trip.

Had a fantastic stay in Pollensa. The house is even better than the pictures and equipped with absolutely everything you need. It’s an excellent location, just a couple of mins walk from the main square but a quiet and peaceful location. The roof terrace was a perfect place to catch the sun or look at the stars! We’d recommend Casa Hugo to anyone and we will look to book again.

Another fantastic stay at the Villa. Located within easy walk of Pollenca and in quiet private surroundings this was a great stay and well worth the cost. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay in Pollença! The house is in a calm area North of town but is also 5-10 minutes walking from groceries and restaurants. There is a bus stop close by, so there is easy access to and from Palma, Port de Pollença, and Alcúdia. Easy access by car or bicycle as well. For cyclists, the house is near popular routes! The place itself is beautiful, with all necessary amenities, a lovely garden for relaxing, and the pool. Would recommend and stay again!
