We had a great stay at Gianluca's place. It was lovely from start to finish, we met his brother-in-law for an easy check-in, had access to an immaculately clean flat, and access to a lot of amenities when not exploring the surrounding cities. Thoroughly recommend!

The small house on the terrace is an ideal accommodation for those who travel alone and prefer the comfort of an apartment instead of the hotel. The place is bright and comfortable, it has everything you need. The outdoor space is very large and you can soak a lot of sun there. It is conveniently located to tour the beautiful and quiet town of Ferrara. I only stayed one night, but it would be worth it a bit more. However, I would not recommend the house for long stays, for those who have to work or for people of very large texture. Federico has been a kind and attentive host, even when we had a little misunderstanding, he resolved it neatly and carefully. I would definitely stay again!
