We felt absolutely comfortable. The place is exactly as described, well equipped and clean, fanatic view of the valley, nice quiet neighborhood. You should definitely eat in the village at least once - great atmosphere and friendly staff. Check-in went smoothly and super friendly, everything in the apartment works great and nothing is missing. Only the bed will be a little uncomfortable after 2 weeks and the water pressure in the shower could be better (as most of the time in Italy), but you can also live with that if the rest is right. We would always come back and recommend the apartment to anyone!

This is already my second time staying in this apartment for Viareggio's carnival. The accommodation is very convenient to get to the city quickly. The hosts are very friendly and take care of any details as soon as they arrive. The house is very clean and tidy and also offers small treats like spices, coffee and other useful things. recommended and we will definitely be back if we happen to Viareggio

We were welcomed in a very welcoming way. The managers are exquisite people, they welcomed us with coffee and a bottle of welcome sparkling wine and coffee at check-out. The garden is really spectacular and well cared for, surely those who like to enjoy the outside and a strong point. We found a barbecue, a swing, a jumping net, and the small soccer doors with a ball so my kids were very happy and had a great time. We were also provided with wood for the barbecue. I think it's a great location because it's 10 minutes from the sea and in the middle of nature.
