A lovely peaceful cottage in beautiful rural setting. Well-placed for local attractions/walks. Furniture and amenities very good, beds very comfy, heating and hot water great, everything you would need! Owner very helpful and lives nearby. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay - this house is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and very clean. Everything was tidy and well thought out, making it a really comfortable and relaxing place to unwind. The outdoor space was especially peaceful, and we enjoyed watching the sunsets at the end of each the day. We were also amused by the curious cows next door who came over for a little peer. The location is great for exploring the area, with a scenic walk around the nearby reservoir just a stone’s throw from the house. The kitchen was fully equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Dan and Rebecca provided plenty of information regarding the house and surrounding area. All in all, the perfect getaway. We’d love to return!

Peter’s place was absolutely lovely. So peaceful and full of nature. The dogs had an amazing time in the huge fully enclosed garden and we could relax whilst they ran around. The chickens (who lay eggs in the woodshed for the guests every morning) were also very friendly and lovely to have around. In all we felt very at home and were made very welcome by Peter. Would absolutely recommend!
