Nature Valley Farm- 2BD/1BA on private 53 acres

This property was our first for a reason. The century old farmhouse that has been completely revitalized with an entire new HVAC system, sitting on over 50 acres with a 5-acre 22' deep spring fed lake that has is stocked with walleye, trout and perch (best eating freshwater fish) along with trophy bass. For bird watchers we have an eagle nest on the property (you must stay 100 yards away). Kayaks and canoe on the premises along with a Jon boat and diving pontoon for the kids.

Cottage in the Village of Brady Lake (Kent, OH)

"ZenDenZ" is proud to announce another property ! This 'arty' cool, comfy space was designed with well-being in mind. Come chillax or spend the days exploring! Or both! :) Note: there is a basement unit of this property where the owner sometimes stays with a service dog. There is a completely separate entrance and a locked door that separates the 2 spaces. The main floor and upstairs space is private and all for our guests to enjoy.
