Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Right near the beach. Easy street parking nearly always available. Supermarkets close-by. The balcony/outdoor space was great. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, hotel-grade for sure. Each apartment has every single thing you could need or want to be a home-away-from-home. Bathroom out of a magazine, Large TVs, fast internet, all cooking utensils you could possibly need. Even included some extra "goodies" like fruit, juices and coffees for breakfast throughout the week. Host was extremely responsive, quickly addressing anything you may need. Wish I extended my stay honestly! Would've loved to have spent my whole trip here. Thanks for a wonderful stay Marcello!

From the first contact with Antonio, we immediately perceived kindness and availability. The house is beautiful, spacious and super clean, equipped with every amenity. Host available to meet every request, easy parking in front of the house, quiet area and sea easily accessible by bike. Supermarkets in the nearby area. Highly recommended!!

The accommodation met our expectations, it is true to the description, cared for in its details and Patrizia is really very attentive, available and present to meet the needs of the guests and solve small problems that may occur (such as a drilled wheel). The apartment is well equipped and therefore already perfect, even for the summer stay. In addition, bicycles are available, very useful, in a week we never moved the car: the center of sbt and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes by bike. We really liked everything, the suprlus is definitely done by Patrizia, present, kind but not intrusive. So many many compliments! It's rare to find such an attentive host and such a well-maintained and well-equipped apartment! If we have the chance we will definitely come back! Thank you

Great place, just make sure you read the instructions carefully. When you turn the heat or air conditioning on, you cannot turn on the water heater boiler or you will cause a short and you will have to go downstairs and put the breaker back up on the on position. Tip: when you leave the place turn off the heater/cooler and turn on the water heater. And when you get back to the apartment, you can turn off the water heater and turn the heater/cooler back on. Simple rule to follow and your stay will be perfect.
