Monthly Rentals in Praia da Mococa

Daniele always requests, responds quickly. Local needs some improvements: painting, lighting mainly in the garage and swimming pool. But, because it is a condominium, it requires all owners to unite and resolve the issues. Internally everything is extremely clean and organized. The cozy kit with a perfect view of the sea front. Praia da Cocanha as always beautiful and quiet. It is worth the cost, I loved it and with ctz I will come back more often.

The condominium is amazing, the view is breathtaking, the infinity pool breathtaking! The space is very wooded and very beautiful, the tramway to go down to the sea makes everything more charming!!!! Leila's apartment is exactly as in the description, very spacious, the kitchen is very complete with various accessories for cooking at will. It does not have air conditioning , but it has a ceiling fan. During the week (2nd to 5th) the restaurant and the beach service, nothing pizzeria opens , which made the meals a little difficult since we did not do them all in the apartment, it would be great to count on this structure all week at least in the summer (high season) Suggestions: I do not like to criticize , but leave suggestions: improve the linen of the house and the pillows. Maintenance but outlets ( there were several not working).

We love the place, clean apartment, an excellent reception, host responds fast, the beaches are close to each other and to go on foot… there is a market on the same street, pharmacy pizzeria tbem at last , super recommend and we will definitely be back more often!

Eduardo was a great host. We received super well, helped even get to the place as soon as we found him to get the keys by offering us a ride to there. The views of the studio are wonderful, the flat is well located and close to the best beaches. It has always been proactive to help us promptly whenever we need it. Highly recommend and hope to return soon.
