Best Airbnb host I've ever had. Cathy and Brent are easygoing and friendly and Cathy is instantly responsive and eager to make her guests' stay as comfortable as possible. Suite was quiet at all times, especially at night, and located in a great neighborhood a few minutes walk to the sea wall and close to shopping. Couldn't have enjoyed it more

We had a wonderful stay at Ron and Liz's place. Despite dealing with personal challenges and hosting us during the busy Christmas period, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their communication was super friendly, fast, and helpful throughout. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We're incredibly grateful for their hospitality and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

John's place was perfect for us and exactly what was described in the listing. Lots of space and just big enough for me and my son. We appreciated the easy and flexible self check-in. Even though there wasn't a full kitchen there were enough appliances like the rice cooker and microwave that made cooking simple meals super easy. John was very responsive and made sure we had extras of everything and insisted we reach out to him if we needed anything else to make our stay more comfortable. Out of all our experiences on Airbnb John and his place were the best. We were surprised how hospitable and kind John was and it seemed like he really cared about us having a great stay. We would totally book his place again and would recommend it to anyone especially students who need a place to stay as VIU is a short walk from his place. We also loved the children's park and beautiful nature reserve down the street from his place. You can't go wrong booking John's Airbnb. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
