Monthly Rentals in Prunelli-di-Casacconi

The purpose of my stay was: experience how life in Corsica is out of season and in a real Corsican village. Despite the fact that I didn't have a job there and I sometimes found it a shame not to be able to “get away” from “my” mountain for a sandwich and of course a “étrangère” stay, it worked quite a bit in terms of feeling. After 3.5 months, the village and its surroundings feel very familiar and I almost feel family with Françoise and her mother. We didn't walk the door flat, but they were, even though they only speak French and Corsican, extremely accessible. I miss the area and am already looking for a way to go back to it.

Very nice welcome from Tony who had prepared us a welcome basket (fresh eggs, vegetables from the garden, rosé and biscuits) a real treat. Well equipped accommodation, quiet and with a beautiful terrace with magnificent views. Very friendly and available hosts. Thank you for everything.

Great little accommodation, quiet, peaceful, comfortable, warm and walkable to restaurants, bakeries, market and hiking trails. The best part are the owners, Marie and Vincent. They are very kind, helpful and friendly. Appreciated their help to the airport due to our lack of a vehicle.

The cottage of Frédéric and Maude was fine for the two of us. Lovely terrace, great bed and sparkling clean. There was a cold bottle of rosé ready for us on arrival :), Corsican cookies and Frédéric brought us fresh mushrooms from the woods. Wonderful! I did miss a nice sofa in the evening when it got a little fresher to laze up inside but there is not much space for that.
