King size bed studio with spectacular views. Direct access to private beach. We share facilities with a boutique hotel so you have free access to the amenities like pools, beach, chairs, cabanas, jacuzzi, gym, tennis court. Optional daily all inclusive wristband through the hotel -purchase is at front desk -(today $90 usd p/p per day). You are also allowed to take your own drinks or food to pool area (no glass). Coffee shop at lobby, nice restaurants and convenience store across the street.

Front ocean view 1BR condo at Cancun’s top beach.

Ranked by National Geographic as one of the best beaches in the world. Located in what is widely considered the most exclusive beach in Cancun. The apartment is located at the Punta Cancun area (5-10 minutes walking distance from the party center, many restaurants and night life). The beach is huge, the waters are very shallow with very little waves. Excellent for families with kids and seniors. It is in a condo hotel so it has hotel services on demand (not included in the rent).

My place is right on the beach, with great views, near by family-friendly activities (ex. Wet n wild park, jungle tours, snorkeling tours, etc), bus stop right in front to move around. You’ll love my place because It is a recent renovated studio, the beach is the best in Cancun and it is a great place to relax and enjoy the caribbean sea!. Nuevo estudio en excelente ubicación de la zona hotelera frente al Mar. A menos de 10 minutos de todas las atracciones. La ubicación es de la mejores! Está en la zona hotelera cerca de todo pero alejado de todo el bullicio. The best Studio on the Beach in the hotel zone. Near to every Cancun attraction. Bus stop and taxi stop on the corner. Located on the Hotel zone near everything but in a very peaceful environment. It's great!

Lovely small "casita" at few steps back from private access to a peaceful natural beach. View of Isla Mujeres. Ideal alternative for couples. If you like privacy this is the ideal space away from the common tourist sites and still close to it all. Public transportation from 6 am to 8 pm to downtown, Central Bus Station, Hotel Zone.
