Monthly Rentals in Puerto de Palma de Mallorca

We spend almost 80 days in Tiss' apartment during the winter. It was a wonderful experience! The apartment is very clean and cozy, has everything you need even for a longer stay, including a desk and fast internet for work. There is a small public park right next to the apartment as well as the marina in front of it, which is a nice touch in the urban environment. A bakery, convenient store, groceries, a lot of restaurants and a beautiful hill with a forest and castle are also within short walking distance. Everything else is easily reachable by public transport, including a big supermarket at the harbor, the city centre and the main bus and train station. Tiss and her husband Nabil are very kind and responsive. They even got up really early in the morning in order to welcome us in person, regularly asked if everything was OK and were very empathic when we complained about noisy road works in front of the apartment (we got a partial refund for the annoyance). Perfect hospitality!

Actually we enjoyed the place so much, as it was even better than on photos - it has 3 layers: a cozy common space with kitchen/dining, rest area and working area, a bedroom and a spacious terrace. The kitchen has everything needed and inspires for slow cooking and enjoying your meals. The common space is zoned, which enables comfortable coexistence of several people - you may conduct work calls without affecting your roommates. The Wi-Fi was perfect for working as well. I loved the district a lot: it's a quite street, very close to everything needed - a market, supermarkets, restaurants, and an amazing old windmills space, which is a perfect spot for sunrises. The district definitely has it's vibe! And a tree in front of the apartment - everyday there's a flock of birds sitting there and singing! So calming. Communication with hosts (Kirsten and Marion) is smooth, responsive and pleasant. Would live there for ages, if I could :)

Amazing and comfy place, we felt like being at home. The apartment has everything you need. And the location is just perfect. This was one of our best Airbnb experiences so far.

The small, pretty cottage is right on the slope behind the Porto Pi shopping center, it absolutely corresponds to the description and photos. The air conditioning works well in winter, great is of course the fireplace. Windows in the bedrooms are equipped with insect repellent, which is certainly very beneficial in summer. As mentioned before, you should only know that there are quite a few steps to climb due to the hillside location, but it is feasible. The contact with Laura was very kind from the beginning and she always responded quickly, check-in was very kind to her husband Alvaro. Both endeavored to resolve inconvenience in the best possible and timely manner. All in all a clear recommendation, thanks to Laura&Alvaro for her hospitality! :-)
