Monthly Rentals in Pune

Nice flat in a gated society with a good connectivity to Kalyani. Fully equipped kitchen was a big plus. Caretaker was sweet.

We loved our stay at Silvester’s! The neighborhood is great and walking to the Osho ashram every day was a breeze and very enjoyable. The place has everything you could need and Silvester was always responsive and helpful. A little slice of heaven in Pune!

So I travelled to Pune to attend a Course there where we had no accomodation. We were five women traveling from different places to attend this course and we were looking for a home that match our standard, which is cozy and not too expensive. We found a very beautiful home for a week's stay. All five of us loved the beautiful home with beautiful artistic touch to it. We sat by windows and it was relaxing to sit by windows when we needed quite alone space. It genuinely felt good to come back to home at the end of the day :) The cherry on the top for us was home cooked meals by an aunty in the neighborhood. She is not just the best cook but she is very sweet and loving which made us feel at home. I highly recommend the place if you prefer comfort.

We were completely satisfied with our stay in Soumen’s apartment. The apartment is modern, nice, clean, and very well maintained. It has all the required amenities. Soumen was a superb host. He replied promptly to any questions and/or concerns that we had before and during our stay. As an example, one major problem that occurred during our stay was that the internet in the apartment went out on the last day of our stay. It failed at the very time when we needed it the most. (Murphy’s law never fails!). But Soumen sent his manager over and got the problem fixed within one hour after we had reported it to him. In summary, we were thoroughly pleased with our stay in Soumen’s apartment and would love to stay there when we visit Pune again.
