Monthly Rentals in Punta Licosa

We felt super comfortable at Anna's. We had 2 rainy days but the apartment was so nice with the view and the large windows that we could open that it was still super nice. Anna brought us homemade things every day that were so delicious. The garden is very nice and the view over the sea is outstanding. Thank you so much and always happy to come back. A huge recommendation.

I had a lovely stay in Fornelli, it was peaceful with a stunning view and I really enjoyed the emphasis on all the eco friendly details. It’s a great area to go hiking but also to enjoy the beach. Luca is an excellent host who’s always available if you need him but you hardly do because everything is well prepared and described very detailed. Thank you for this great experience ✨

The view from the balcony is spectacular! The surroundings are quiet, with proximity to the beach and opportunities for walks and excursions away from the tourist crowds. The host is very friendly and we felt right at home.

I had a great time in Gaia's house, impeccable cleanliness both in terms of the rooms and the linens, very clean and fragrant. The house has everything, up to the mosquito nets on the windows (very useful in seaside places but not so common) I regenerated :) Particularly noteworthy: the bed. I suffer from insomnia and I slept wonderfully. A car is needed for the surroundings such as Santa Maria and Catellabate (which is worth it!). The house is in a very quiet location, surrounded by a beautiful garden that the owners take care of with attention. If you want to walk, you can also walk to San Marco via a pedestrian path, in about an hour. A stone's throw (not even 5 minutes) from the pier of Punta Licosa overlooking the island (try it at sunset!). In Ogliastro, Santa Maria and San Marco the sandy beach. The sea is a breathtaking wonder. And then my host on this vacation: nothing short of fantastic! Thank you for everything Gaia, I'll definitely be back :)
