Holiday rentals with beach access in Punta Secca

The apartment was super clean and literally 5 steps from the beach. The host was amazing and the place very peaceful ☺️

Federica’s apartment is even better than the description! After Naples and Palermo, this was just perfect for some time relaxing. The pool is lovely and overlooks the sea, you can swim at anytime. You can also go down some steep, narrow steps to the beach and swim in the sea with little fishes! The house is spotless, has a very comfortable bed and best of all, mosquito screens meant we didn’t need to use the air-con and could fall asleep listening to the sea! There is a lovely balcony set up with chairs and a table where you can enjoy the sea view and sunrise if you’re up early enough! All in all, perfect, a lovely bottle of wine was left for us too. I really didn’t want to leave!

Salvatore is a reliable host. He was flexible when we needed an extra night due to changes in flight schedules and he offered us the possibility to store our baggage in the apartment for a few hours after check-out. We spent a lovely 10 days in Syracuse and enjoyed the views form the balcony.

Great host, friendly and flexible. Spacious and light place, good kitchen, large living room and balcony. Fantastic ocean views. Easy parking. Close walk to beaches and restaurants. Pozzallo is not a town with many tourists which we appreciated. Only downside is the local youth gathering in the little park outside on weekend evenings, but the sleeping rooms are in the back and undisturbed. Absolutely good value!

Our host was very helpful in providing directions. We were happy with early check in. The host left us some great breakfast goodies. The place is in a beautiful location right by the sea. You can walk everywhere in Ortigia which was a big plus for us. 10 out of 10. We recommend staying here.

A very nice, stylish and clean apartment in a great area. The host was very friendly and helpful. We liked the apartment and the rental experience a lot. Only thing: although it is located at the seafront, do not expect seaview from the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay with Angelo and Rosanna who extended our summer. In addition to the hospitable warmth of the hosts, the old olive tree in the garden, the permission to use the herbs for cooking, the sound of the sea with which we fell asleep and woke up gave our stay a very special magic. The apartment is really nice and we enjoyed every minute there to the fullest. Sicily is a wonderful place for us and we have been able to extend our summer in this magical place right on the beach for a few days. Grazie.

Wonderful trip . Delightful, polite host, always ready to answer all my questions about where to eat and what to do. Yes because they were the only things to ask for since the place was better than what you see in the photo, the house was a miniature of beauty, comfort and good taste. Rating 10 and praises. Highly recommended. We went to 5 families with teenagers. Perfect point to choose seaside resorts, wildlife excursions, and art cities. In short, a dream vacation. Thank you Salvo!!!

We had a nice few days enjoying the quiet beach and the sunsets.

I stayed for a week at Massimo's place in November. It was absolutely stunning and I could not have chosen a better place and host. Warning: At least in November, the rooftop terrace can be so well-temperatured and sunny that you may end up staying there for hours and miss out on some of the great cafés and restaurants downstairs and downtown :) Massimo and his wife were super helpful. Ortigia is very beautiful and people are so friendly. I can't wait to return. It was also spotless clean by the way. Many thanks, Massimo, for sharing this wonderful place!

Spectacular our stay at Francesca's Little House! Super comfortable, close to everything, and gave us local food suggestions that we obviously followed her tips and had a great time! Our next stay for sure will come back like Francesca, thank you! And the breakfast great! Complete 🙌

We had a good time in the house, easy beach access. The last 100m to the house is a dirt road and you need to be careful driving at night.

The two apartments are located in a beautiful private villa with ample outdoor space, private gate, space to play for those with children, outdoor showers, barbecue. They are communicating externally, suitable for two families who know each other, so it was perfect for us. Everyone has their own privacy, but you can share a dinner together from the outdoor terraces. The apartments are super equipped, we found everything you need and even more. Super equipped kitchen. There is an outdoor laundry room with a washing machine to share. The sea is just a few steps from the villa. The beach is completely empty in our period, clean sea, but it is a shame to stop at this beach because 10/15 minutes by car you can reach beautiful beaches and cities by car. It is a very quiet area, there is nothing around so a car is required to move around. I don't recommend it for chaos,nightlife,clubs and restaurants within walking distance. Congratulations to Carlo for the care of the villa.

We loved Scoglitti and Domenico’s house. Sheltered beaches with golden sand, beach towels provided. Lots of recommendations for visits and local shops. Lemon trees in the garden. Peaceful yet central. Lovely

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

Spacious 2 floor apartment in a great location, everywhere is walkable and it is lovely to be on the balcony looking out across the square. The apartment was very well equipped and the bedroom is huge with a comfy bed. Bathroom is small but has everything you need. The people managing the apartment also helped me to book a fab boat trip and were very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a fab stay.

Thanks to a great info about late hour, we were able to do a self-check-in and found a wonderfully preheated apartment, which is brilliant at the time of year. Siracusa showed itself from the most beautiful side and so we could also enjoy the wonderful roof terrace, where we could also experience the turn of the year. Fireworks all around, nice atmosphere and then it was quiet again. Francesco's apartment is lovingly and functionally furnished. We were very comfortable and welcome. Thank you! Bea&Chris

The flat is a great base for a stay in Siracusa - it’s very near Ortigia but also convenient for public transport. In less than a minute’s walk you can see the beautiful shimmering sea. In November it was beautiful and warm! Fabio was always quick to reply to any messages and he and his father were great hosts. A good range of kitchen equipment if you want to cook. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful property in a lovely city. Maria’s unit is the perfect spot for a couple or solo traveler. The property is well designed, spotless, and has a lovely small balcony with a beautiful sunset view of the water and boats in the harbor. Maria gave excellent recommendations for dining, aperitif, driver and activities. We loved the place and Ortygia so much we extended our stay an extra night. Maria responded to any questions within minutes. Don’t hesitate to book!

Elena and Mimmo are great hosts. We arrived late in the day and we were tired and hungry. Elena had provided home cooked (delicious) food, fruit, milk, bread and cheese. A very nice gesture! Mimmo gave us an excellent review of everything in the home and recommendations for restaurants. There is an internet-enabled TV and reliable wi-fi. It is an easy walk to the Archeological Park (25 minutes) and Ortegia Island (about 20 minutes). Driving in Syracusa is “difficult”, so it was great to have a place to park when we arrived, but we didn’t move the car after that since we could walk to everything. It was very easy to communicate with Elena and Mimmo and they were very accommodating with arrival and departure arrangements. We really enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace each morning where we could see the sea. A really nice experience. We had a great stay!

I can’t say enough good things about this airbnb. Manuel went above and beyond meeting my husband and I when we arrived in Ortigia and helped us bring our bags up. He was incredibly kind helpful and available anytime I reached out. The space is absolutely stunning. It is private, incredibly clean, cozy and beautiful. This was my me and my husband’s first time in Ortigia visiting family and I felt like this was home for the week. The location is incredible and I felt it was very well worth the money. I can’t recommend it enough, thank you for sharing your space Manuel!

The Stay at Maddy and Guido Place was really nice during the Off-Season. It was Directly at the Beach Promenade. Communication and contact was fast, Kind and always helpful. The Flat was well equiped and stocked with all the things you Need. We had a issue with the water heater, but Maddy fixes it in no-time. Overall is was a Great experience. Would recomment.
