The apartment was in a great location, a short drive to beautiful beaches and an easy walk to grocery stores and the center. We especially enjoyed the garden. Stefania was very responsive and offered great suggestions for the area!

Davide was a great host, he was really helpful and was quick to respond to our questions. He gave us loads of good advice before we arrived at the villa. We arrived late at night and we had asked if it would be possible for Davide to buy us some food bits as all supermarkets were shut, he obliged and it was a great help for us. The villa is beautiful, the view is stunning and it feels homely. A car is required if you wish to explore the beaches. The villa is positioned only 30 minutes from Cagliari airport and 30 minutes from Villasimius which was ideal for us. The area is very peaceful, surrounded by pine trees and respectful quiet neighbours.

If you want to feel at home, this house is the right choice! I stayed for work and vacation for 5 weeks and I can only be enthusiastic: very clean, spacious, tastefully furnished and super-equipped house. There's really nothing missing. Large patio where I parked my bike. The apartment is located on a street parallel to the main street, crowded in the evening as a pedestrian area but you don't hear any noise; very convenient because close to everything: about 2 km to the main beach of Simius, about 3.5 km from the Marina di Vlllasimius. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. A special note goes to Alessandro and Raffaella: what can I say if not that they are special people! Perfect hospitality, discreet presence and absolute availability but above all always with a smile! THANK YOU VERY MUCH, it was an absolutely perfect stay!

This place is amazing! It’s a hidden gem and offers all the comforts of home. The outdoor and indoor seating areas are charming, and the bedrooms are well furnished and comfortable. The pool was nice to come back to after a long day, and our host was very sweet and accommodating

Hello. Apartment in a great location, in the center of Villasimius on a very quiet street. The house is very clean and complete with accessories both in the kitchen and in the bathroom (coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, beach towels, hairdryer etc.). The terrace is spacious and sheltered, perfect for dining out. Gian Luca's hospitality is more unique than rare, many compliments for your helpfulness and courtesy towards your guests.

We had a lovely stay at Frank‘s apartment. Everything was as in the pictures and we enjoyed having breakfast at the terrace. It offered everything we needed - even umbrellas we could take for the beach. Although there is a road close by, it was quite. Restaurants, bars etc. are in walking distance (15min) and supermarkets around the corner. Very convenient! Although Frank was not there in person, communication and check-in was very smooth. We can definitely recommend staying at Frank‘s!

Paola's Airbnb was just beautiful. There was everything you need for a comfortable stay and it was clean. Paola is an extremely kind and helpful person who welcomed us very warmly. Her daughter Veronika was also a great help, giving tips for beautiful beaches and restaurants. We felt very comfortable and the location was also good if you have a rental car. We were only 20 minutes away from the beautiful city of Cagliari and yet the location of the Airbnb was super quiet, so you could relax in the evening. A sweet bonus was the turtle in the garden! :) We were very satisfied and thank you again.
