Our apartment is in a well-served area of the coast, 600 meters from the sea, along SP 17. It can accommodate 4 guests and is equipped with all amenities including: indoor parking, WiFi, washing machine, air conditioning, microwave and LCD TV. Along the coast you can reach the most beautiful beaches of southern Sardinia such as is mortorius, Geremeas, Torre delle Stelle, Solanas, Villasimius and Costa Rei. Cagliari, "la città de sole", is just a 15-minute drive or a 35-minute bus ride away. The stop is 50 meters away.

Refined and very bright penthouse with parquet, just a few minutes from the sea. The apartment has a large level terrace with barbecue and relaxation area, a large living room with fireplace and sofa bed, dining area, spacious kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is complete with dishes, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator and freezer, induction electric top and microwave. The apartment is on the third floor, without an elevator, but the stairs are very comfortable and easy.
