Villa holiday rentals in Ragusa

Our holiday with three families was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space of villa Sofia: beautiful swimmingpool (though cold water end of October), a huge outdoor kitchen with possibility to cook on a gas stove or a lava stone, romantic setting of the outdoor table around the old olive tree. The extra entertainment tent is great for spending evenings together, having table tennis contests, as wel as playing pool or darts or table football. We also used the karaoke, it was a lot of fun. The (teenage) children could stay in the chalets with basic furnishings and the adults had three bedrooms in the ground floor apartment (sharing one bathroom). The parents of Benedetta stay on the property, but are very discrete. There are 2 small friendly dogs and some cats on the property. Benedetta received us on arrival and was extremely friendly. This is agriturismo at its best!

Mindblowingly Gorgeous! quick drive to Marina di Ragusa....central to other day trips, Modica, Noto, beaches...Kitchen had everything we needed to cook some great meals, Ignazio very responsive and helpful. Fresh milk from the dairy farm for our morning coffee was an extra touch!

A fantastic host, friendly and helpful, who offered lots of local recommendations. Beautiful location with lovely views.

We enjoyed our remote work for 1 week from Cristina’s place in Sicily very much. Restaurants and the town of Syracuse are nearby. The place is as nice as on the pictures and worth visiting even in November. Cristina is very hospitable and greeted us with a wonderful surprise - sicilian cuisine.

The house is in a beautiful area. Very clean. Host extremely friendly, Selina responds very quickly to messages. Would come back at any time.

There were two of us in the villa for 10 days. Villa has great proportion. It is a typical Sicilian villa. The bedrooms are large and well appointed. There was only two of us so plenty of space but if you are 4 people you might find the dining/living room a bit small. The beds are comfortable and very large. You can sleep up to 6 people, in beds and I believe the sofa is also a convertible bed. The house is in good order and very clean. There is a washing machine but sadly no dishwasher. The outside area is large and has 5 deck chairs to enjoy with a large dining table and chairs. There is generous space to park the car but the entry/exit is a bit tight to get in. Be careful. . The nearest beach (Naos Bar) is about 500 meters away from the villa. It is small but you should find space.The actual main beach is a kilometre away. Bear in mind that via Cassiopea is on a small hill. There is only very few places to eat near the villa but the nearest town Cassibile has lots of restaurants

It’s a beautiful, modern villa with an infinity pool and gorgeous terrace, 10 minutes by car from Siracusa. You most definitely need your own transport but if you do, it’s easy to find restaurants etc that are a short car drive away. Would recommend Cava Grande, which is about 45 minutes away (Carrubella hike) and the beautiful nature reserve on the Southern coast. Definitely worth the trip to Mount Etna as well (a couple of hours in the car)

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Perla Bianca. The villa is in a fantastic spot with amazing views with so many spots to sit and enjoy the views. We came with a toddler and baby and loved the fact the kitchen led out onto the pool so we could always be close. Laury was very helpful with getting 2 cots for us and the host at the villa was lovely and very helpful! Thank you for a great stay!

Had a lovely stay at Noto Villa. The villa is spacious, with two cosy double bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and a large living room. The pool area is fantastic, with palm trees providing natural shade, but you can still catch plenty of sun if you want. We were warmly welcomed by Livia, who was very kind and even allowed us to check in a bit earlier. There was also some food and champagne waiting for us in the fridge. The owners live above, so while they were respectful of privacy, we did notice a bit of noise here and there. We also had an unannounced visit from the gardener one day. The bathrooms are modern with good water pressure, and there were lots of towels, including for the pool. You’ll need a car (ideally 4x4) as there aren’t any attractions within walking distance from the villa. Noto city centre is about 12 min away by car, and parking is convenient near the city centre. Ragusa is about 1h drive via E45. Overall, a great stay with just a couple of minor things to keep in mind!

Noto to be missed. The house was recently built & has been constructed & furnished to a 5 star hotel standard. The setting is also perfect, very peaceful with a beautiful view over olive groves & out to the ocean yet only 10mins drive to Noto As you might expect with a brand new property there were some teething problems but these were quickly rectified by the team. Roberto the owner was a pleasure to deal with and owning several properties in the area has assembled a great team to look after them. Lucky the property manager and Sonia who both cleaned and did some cooking for us were both lovely and very helpful as was Daniel who drove us out to restaurants. Highly recommend having Sonia cook for you. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here but would note if planning to work from here the WiFi is through a wireless router and as such speeds vary significantly during the day. Also the pool is unheated so by mid-Sept was too cold for our baby but refreshing for the grown ups.

we had an amazing welcome. The place is paradisiacal, never warm, the swimming pool is beautiful, the outdoor spaces are spacious and well cared for. We were a group of 19 people and there really was a way for everyone to relax in peace and tranquility, starting from the guys who wanted to swim, arriving at the adults who instead wanted to rest. Everyone had a way to do what they preferred without disturbing the others. The kitchen was spacious and equipped with everything you need. The host was really thoughtful. He pampered us throughout the week. He was able to give us precise directions on the places nearby and not only. We had a really great time

We loved our stay at Casa Carrubo, it was perfect for us and our baby. The apartment is very spacious, stylish, clean and comfortable. The pool and gardens are beautiful too. Alberto was very helpful in providing excellent recommendations for the local area. It's a great place to stay to visit Ortigia. The beach, a short walk from the villa, is incredible too. We would love to come back!

We had a great stay at Paolo's! Communication worked out great and he was immediately on hand if we needed his help. We liked the house, we had everything we needed. The outdoor area was very well maintained. All in all, we felt very comfortable and can only recommend the house!

THE place to be . Casa Balat feels like a home away from home. We have stayed here twice and we will definitely be back. Luca and his team are great hosts and we didn't miss anything in the accommodation. The house is very old and has been very tastefully renovated. So you don't miss anything in terms of comfort while enjoying the charm of an old farmhouse in the beautiful countryside around Noto. Very suitable for larger groups, you have plenty of space and a great big kitchen and living room to hang out in. Everything is simply beautiful. 🌱🦚

The estate is very tastefully decorated in the traditional style, tons of space, great privacy, a real touch of the Sicilian countryside. The host was extremely responsive, on his recommendation we hired a local chef, Giovanna, who prepared memorable Sicilian traditional dishes for us at the location. Great location for daily excursions to Modico, Raguso, Noto, Syracuze, Marzamemi...

Great house, friendly host. We were happy to stay at this beautiful place.

A very nice stay with a large property. Lots of excursions and shopping in the surrounding area. Car but important. Would recommend this house, we will be back.

wow wow wow. it was just beautiful. as in the photos or even better. you have space,the pool is large .....it is as described. pietro as well as riccardo are helpful and nice. riccardo is always available if something comes up. We were unsure,as it burned nearby and he came to check immediately. We'd love to come back and recommend it to everyone.

We spent 10 fabulous days at Giovanna's house. The house is set in beautiful gardens with a lovely pool. The house is very spacious and beautifully furnished, it was superb. Everything was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The house is very well equipped, it had everything we needed and more. We used the BBQ's most evenings, eating outside & enjoying the sunsets. We bought great local produce from the local butcher who was very friendly & helpful. You can get most supplies from the local shop in the village including charcoal. The house was a good base to visit the area including Ragusa, Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ortigia & Marzamemi which can all be reached in approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour. We travelled a little further to visit the amazing mosaics at Villa Romana del Casale. Thank you for making my husband's birthday so memorable and special. We were very sad to leave and can't wait to return. Thank you Giovanna and Carmelo!

Our whole experience with Villa Clara has been perfect! This stunning villa really gave us everything and more than we expected. Prior to reaching the villa, we had some delays whilst travelling. Everything was more than accommodated for, nothing was trouble and they wanted to make sure we arrived safely. On arriving, our host met with us so we could be guided to the villa. We were met by three family members who were very friendly. They gave us a tour and showed us around the land and told us of everything that grows there. The landscaping is immaculate and the olive trees are just wonderful. It was a truly welcoming and homely experience! We were given Clara’s number should we need anything whilst we stayed. We messaged a couple of times and got very fast response s which we were grateful for. Olive oil from the olive trees that had been harvested was gifted to us. It really was a nice touch and olive oil was the best I’ve ever tasted. Thank you for making us feel at home x

We loved the pool and the house. Gianni (Giorgio’s father) was a great help and suggested some great places to eat and explore,overall we enjoyed our stay immensely.

The apartment is very nice, we felt very comfortable. Especially the pool is a highlight. Also the beautiful and clean beach is just minutes walk away. Everything we needed to cook was there and Concetta left a folder with tips and hints about the area in the apartment. There have even been two beach chairs and a parasol for us. We are thrilled and would come back anytime.

Very nice, calm place. Noto is near (by car) with great restaurants. Communication with Simone and the team on-site (thank you, Corrado) was top.
