Mark was an excellent host. He was available at all times with a smile and friendly word. I highly recommend this studio apartment. The location was perfect, and right near downtown Apex.

Paulo's place was very clean and looked like the photos. We enjoyed how walkable it was to go to restaurants and stores.

I enjoyed my 2-month stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The backyard is very nicely setup with multiple areas to hang out, as well as a grill and cornhole boards. The host is very accommodating, responsive, and friendly, and the property is well-maintained and decorated nicely. I also appreciated the owner’s willingness to allow me to keep my boat and kayak with me so I could use them without needing to access a storage unit. This worked out to be a great stopgap for my move from OK to NC.

Nilka’s place was perfect for staying in town for an interview. She was super responsive, offered flexible check-in & out to accommodate my interview time, and the neighborhood is absolutely beautiful for walking. Most importantly, the bedroom was PITCH DARK which allowed me to get a high quality night’s sleep. Fresh linens in the bathroom, quick hot water and brand new kitchen appliances. Driveway parking and super cool TV setup as well. Thank you Nilka, I’ll definitely stay at your place my next time in Raleigh.
