This is an excellent quiet flat in the centre of Stornoway. I was visiting for work but it would be an ideal base for exploration of Lewis. The flat is clean, welcoming and practical. I highly recommend it.

Jim's place is a wonderful retreat in Stornoway. We had a great stay with everything we needed just a minutes walk away from our location. We visited in off season which made it extra relaxing and quiet in the area. The place was spotless and had all the listed amenities - everything from a well stocked kitchen to good water pressure in the shower, clothes washer/dish washer and lovely patio to take in a sunny morning! This is great location to set off and explore as far as Seilebost beach if one desires(We recommend). Jim is extremely helpful - from an early & late check-in/out(during off season this might be different for you) to a wonderful guidebook of local places to visit/eat/shop. The place was also very warm and cozy and we didn't have the need to mess with the heater. We very much recommend Jim's place if you're looking for a relaxing spot with good parking options : )

A real top notch property with all the necessary utensils and linen in abundance. A great location, very accessible to the town.

We had a great stay here and Gillian was a fantastic host. It is a great area very close to supermarket, and lots of lovely walks around the area. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay, and really enjoyed our time here.
