Monthly Rentals in Reardan

We stayed in the condo and due to proximity to Mt Spokane State Park cross country ski trails. We also volunteered at a regional Junior National Qualifier race for a week at Mt Spokane Nordic. The location made it easy to get up early and work late without having to drive the mountain road. The host is fantastic, great to communicate with, and the condo is very comfortable.

Beautiful location, clean and tidy, cute tiny home that was a great place for 2 people to stay quite comfortably and was very private despite being close to the host’s home. The hot water is very hot, and it was a little tricky to get the shower temperature just right. The shower time is limited to 10 minutes because the hot water heater is quite small, but there is a sign clearly posted in the bathroom to remind guests of this. Overall, a great little getaway!

This is my second time to rent James's place. It is close to my family with many amenities I enjoy. It has a well appointed kitchen with kitchen tools and spices to make any meal a treat. It is well lit during day or night. Following a bit of cold, snowy weather he came to put down ice melt to be sure the entrance was safe for walking. I accidentally left a bag and he was quick to communicate with me about how to retrieve the missing items. I hope to return again. Geri

I stayed here for a month and it was just what I needed. Great locations to walk to bars and restaurants, and there’s a grocery store and laundromat walking distance as well. The house had everything I needed, as well as a small office space that I used everyday. I highly recommend! Sarah was a great host and was quick to assist with anything I needed.
