The photographs don't convey how spacious the apartment is inside. The accommodation was well furnished, well equipped and immaculately clean. There were small jars of sweets & dog treats to greet us as well as lovely toiletries provided, which was a lovely touch, as well as milk, tea & coffee. The bed was very comfortable which is always appreciated after a long drive. The location was perfect for our needs & our hosts directions made the accommodation easy to find and the apartment has its own dedicated parking space at the rear. It is also dog friendly with a small enclosed garden to let our dogs have a run about. It was our first visit to Woodhall Spa and what a lovely place it is with its quirky shops, eateries and an amazing bakery. There is also a cinema in the woods dating back to 1922 which is still going strong! We would happily recommend this accommodation and look forward to coming back soon as we would love to explore the area more on our next visit.

A great place to stay especially for two people as it's a cosy studio flat with easy access, and some great surrounding views of aggreculture.

We had a one-night stay at this lovely place. The host was wonderful and friendly, and the property itself is marvellous, set in a peaceful and serene environment. We would love to stay longer next time

Lovely annexe. Very spacious and spotlessly clean. Very quiet position with good pubs within a few miles. Would certainly go again.
