Situated on the Suffolk/Norfolk borders, it stands within our grounds (KILN FARM) of 4.1/2 acres with the Mary Ley Line running through (ancient energy pathways). Free range chickens with fresh eggs, home made bread on request. Carp lake, games rooms (pool table with £1 slot for game) table tennis, darts and golf chipping green. (golf clubs supplied).
