Monthly Rentals in Roccamare

The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

We were so warmly welcomed by Guiseppe and his lovely family. They live on the property and the comunication was always easy and they were here when we needed something. The Apartment is in a quite and green area. It is not far by bike to the beach or to Castiglione. When we left they gave us melons from their own production. The best melons we had in Italy! Thank you so much for having us! Hope to come back one day.

Our stay in Scarlino was simply perfect. The house was clean, cozy and well equipped, with a breathtaking view that made every moment even more special. A great added value was Valentina's availability and kindness, who not only provided us with all the useful information to get to the house easily, including the ZTL pass, but also solved a problem with Wi-Fi in advance, guaranteeing us an excellent connection- a real plus for us who had to work remotely. The village of Scarlino is quiet and very nice, perfect for those looking for relaxation, and is also in a strategic position to visit the beautiful surrounding areas. Francesco’s place is beyond stunning. A view that literally takes your breath away from every angle, lots of outdoor space, comfy beds, gorgeous furnishings, and great wi-fi. The town and beach are a short 15-20 mins walk away. Our host was very responsive and gave great recommendations for local things to do and visit. One of our favourite parts was the adorable, friendly and delightful cats that visited us each evening for cuddles. They made us feel right at home. We loved our stay here and were so sad to leave!
