Pristine Mid-Century home in cul de sac of 24 similar era homes. Great location close to Village of East Davenport, I-74, two bike trails, and within 20 minutes of everything in the Quad Cities! Clean and comfortable, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 car attached garage, full kitchen and no steps anywhere!
