Monthly Rentals in Rockport

A fantastic way to spend a long fall weekend in Massachusetts. The apartment was cozy and convenient, and we loved exploring Rockport. Top tip: eat at Roy Moore’s. A lot.

We had some difficulty finding the apartment because our GPS took us to a different location. Gigi’s son was very helpful and responded quickly to my email to help us find the correct address. The apartment is centrally located and very cozy. It had everything we needed for the duration of our stay. I was pleasantly surprised that when I asked about an item for the kitchen that we wished was there, but wasn’t totally necessary, a bag with the item showed up at the door. My husband said he wished there had been a comfortable arm chair for reading, but I found the sofa to be sufficient. The shower has excellent water pressure and the bed is comfortable. We visited in the winter and parking was free and readily available. In the busy season, this may not be the case. If a person has problems climbing steep stairs, this may not be the best place to stay. It was perfect for us (in our 70s and healthy). We’d suggest visiting in the fall. Many businesses close in the winter. Great rental!

We were looking for a warm and cozy coastal escape for a quick weekend away and Alexander’s loft checked every box. Full of sunshine, lovely waterfront view, very walkable to many places in town.

This charming little place was perfect. Dominic went out of his way to make sure we had things we needed such as creamer and milk for our coffee, make up wipes, toiletries, etc. The place was in a quiet little neighborhood and perfect for relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to visit Boston, Salem, or surrounding areas.
