Monthly Rentals in Roswell

This location is so convenient to downtown Roswell and worked out perfectly for my trip. It's an ideal spot for a solo traveler (like me) and/or someone that works remotely (good internet and she provided an extra monitor too). It's basically the bottom floor of a nice house in a quiet, residential neighborhood that is just a short distance to great restaurants.

Jan was an excellent host. She was very friendly and very accommodating to us during our stay. The cottage was perfect, very homey and private- yet steps away from all of the wonderful restaurants and shops downtown roswell has to offer. Will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed my stay! The hosts are very warm and welcoming, but also respectful of your privacy. The unit has a warm and rustic feel, and was well kept. To anyone looking for a cozy place to stay away from all the noise of the city, this is a great spot!

Nancy’s place checked off all our boxes for my daughter internship. First and most importantly it was in a safe neighborhood. I never worried about my daughter during the 3 months she stayed at Nancy’s place. It really was the perfect place being literally 5 mins from my daughters work. No long days sitting in traffic !!!
