Absolutely beautiful space. Exactly how it was described. We visited while there was a bit of snow and ice so I’d be mindful of that if you’re staying during the winter months. I really enjoyed the area and will definitely keep this spot in my back pocket if we are out I. The area again.

Super cute and cozy place! Amber was a great hostess and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. She had some great local recommendations for places to eat or fun things to check out as well. Highly recommend considering this listing if you’re in/around Coudersport. I will note that road noise was noticeable occasionally but not at all a deal breaker for us. If we’re ever back, we will definitely stay again :)

Great house on a peacful farm, with lots of room to walk the dogs. Close to Elk National Forest and a short drive to Emporium for supplies. Katie is very responsive and helpful, she made sure we had everything we needed in the house and loaned us something that we had forgot. This is a great location for a Potter County getaway, we hope to stay here again one day.
