I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful and charming cottage in the heart of Donegal, Ireland, and it was an unforgettable experience. Nestled amidst breathtaking landscapes, the cottage offered stunning views of the rugged coastline and lush green hills, creating a serene and picturesque backdrop. The location was perfect, providing easy access to scenic walks, and two beautiful beaches. Inside, the cottage was beautifully appointed with modern amenities while retaining its cozy, traditional charm. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. I highly recommend this cottage and its wonderful host to anyone seeking a peaceful and enchanting getaway in Donegal.

A beautiful cottage set in the most beautiful scenery. I couldn’t recommend this little cottage highly enough and I will definitely be back. Niall and Danielle are exceptional hosts and I couldn’t fault a single thing or make any suggestions as they’ve thought of everything already! Thanks so much.

Amazing cottage and fab location, postcard perfect in every way. Framed by countryside, mountains and mature trees, we also had a glimpse of sheep and the donkeys in surrounding fields. The stable door and stoney front yard with stone wall and gate allowed our small dog to roam safely. Cute and quirky decor added to the amazing inside space. The log burning fire replaced watching TV. Sash windows added so much character, each one with a tranquil view. House slippers for the stone floor were not required! This cottage has underfloor heating! Walking along the quiet country road we reached the village in 15 minutes, receiving a warm welcome when we visited McFeeleys Pub, they loved our dog. Chip van for supper on the way home and our evening was made. Sea dipping in Tullagh Bay, walks along Ballyliffin beach and a visit to the nearby waterfall helped make the weekend extra special. Thanks to Denise & Paul, we enjoyed totally privacy, knowing if we needed anything they were nearby.

What a pretty little slice of heaven - the true Irish experience. I’ll never get over the views out the front door as I did my work from the dining room table each day. Maura deserves an extra special shout-out (and hug). I ran into a small snafu my first night in town and she sat with me in the dining room and helped me make some calls until my issue was resolved. In my opinion, that goes way above and beyond the expectations of an Airbnb host. Whether she was around the property or not, she was always responsive. The cottage itself was a dream and within easy driving distance to Malin Head, Giants Causeway, etc. Triple five stars!
