Apartment holiday rentals in Rutland

Hosts were very thoughtful and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts also provided a basket full of treats and plenty of espresso coffee and tea bags. We enjoyed the Christmas decorations especially the bear with his red wreath! The town of Oakham and the local countryside are beautiful and we had a nice walk (even in freezing fog!) in the bird sanctuary at Rutland Water. The Indian restaurant Sarpech is terrific and I ate far too much. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Fantastic apartments, some really stylish touches, luxury apartments as central as you could get. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, an all round great stay and we would love to come back, wish we had stayed longer.

Very nice apartment in the high street. Nice and modern. Beautifully decorated. We were a party of 5. It was perfect for us. We ate out but did use the kitchen for one meal. It was well equipped and had everything we needed, including tea and coffee. There is a food store directly opposite the apartment. The bathroom was very clean with a bath/shower plus toiletries. The location was great. There was some noise from the street in the late evening but that was to be expected given the location, which for our party was ideal. The beds were comfortable. Overall a really nice place to stay

Wonderful weekend in Stamford, made all the better with the old bank apartments, dropped on a lovely room with corner location and having lovely shuttered windows on two sides, clean and all you needed almost.

A beautiful converted cottage with a recently refurbished feel. Very close to Nottingham (20 mins by car to the centre) and a very private area. Paul and Suzie were very accommodating and helpful.

Booked the apartment for a work colleague over from India. ideal location for the train station and lots of local amenities.

We spent two very comfortable nights at Fennel Folly. It’s in a great location and was very dog friendly. If it had been warmer (although we had gorgeous sunny weather!) would have loved to make more use of the lovely balcony. We will definitely recommend to friends and family who will be visiting such a beautiful area.

This was our first Air B&B experience. If Hugh and his Emma are anything to go by as hosts we will always choose this option over any hotel. They helped us out of the way to make us feel at home. We were in-between selling a house thus required a month long place to reside. With the amount of baggage and luggage we could not have stayed anywhere else. The family let us use their shed space and took the burden off us. The entire property is just "wow". Endless green fields with local habitat, horses in barns, pet chickens and beautifully landscaped gardens around the whole palace like estate. A month is a lot of time but the family was very proactive to any queries or requirements. The dwelling itself has a lot of character, Endless paintings and views to die for. Not to mention the collection of multitude of books. The host had provided detailed information pack about anything and everything. We wish them prosperity and happiness in all future endeavours. Hugh do take a break!

Charming accommodation, good location very close to the water and town. Good pub food nearby. Thoroughly recommended.
