Apartment holiday rentals in Rutland

This is our second stay at this lovely apartment. Its spotlessly clean and well maintained . The location is quiet and peaceful. We'll definitely be returning for another visit. Thank you Helen x

Lovely apartment within walking distance to the town. Pam and Nick, were great sent clear instructions and directions before check in, and emailed during our stay to make sure everything was okay. Loved the black out blinds!

We loved our stay! It was perfect for us and had everything we needed. We loved it so much we've booked 2 more stays.

We had the most wonderful time at The Old Bookshop. A book lover's paradise - you won't know where to start. The space is small but perfectly designed and so comfortable and relaxing. We have never stayed anywhere so beautifully done. The small kitchen is incredibly well equipped too - though worth noting there is only one hob, alongside an oven and an air fryer. The bed is comfy and the bedroom is lovely and dark with a great shower! You are on the high street (although at the quiet end), so it's quite funny having people looking through the window thinking it is a shop. There are however some helpful privacy blinds that allow you to see out but others can't see in. We'd be back in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing stay at Martin’s place! The home was absolutely spotless, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating and super helpful throughout our visit. They really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches – beers in the fridge, fresh milk, fruit, and more. The location was lovely and peaceful, and we only wish we had more time to explore the beautiful local area. Highly recommend!

Sue was a great host! She provided staples such as bread, milk and eggs aswell as a few treats. The place was very peaceful, clean and homely. We were able to have a prefect relaxing weekend. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to relax and listen to the birds 🙂

I stayed at The Hayloft whilst looking for a place to rent of my own, the house became like my home and I truly enjoyed the peacefulness of the countryside and how private it felt. The house was pristine and they had a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, it was amazing to get a chance to use their place as a stepping stone. I would’ve loved to have stayed on. The hosts were extremely nice and responded to all my queries, I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to everyone I know and don’t know!

One of the best Airbnb stays we’ve had! The host was amazing—super responsive, kind, and helpful even before we booked. Check-in was smooth, and the home was even better than the photos. Everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and filled with modern amenities. The rooms are very spacious, making it perfect for couples, families, or small groups. The private back garden was a peaceful oasis—lush, quiet, and great for relaxing. The host also offered a nice selection of drinks for a small extra cost, which was a thoughtful touch. It’s clear the host puts real care into creating a great experience. If you’re looking for a clean, private, and comfortable place with a wonderful host, this is it. Jennifer’s place was warm, clean and very cosy. The snacks were a great addition and the annex was nice and private too. Perfect for my work trip.

Without a doubt, the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Incredible service, amazing place with everything you can need and more. Couldn’t recommended it any higher; would give more than 5 stars if I could! Thank you so much Claire for a brilliant time.

Wonderful place. Such a peaceful place to stay. Super clean and comfy and very well equipped. Jane is a super friendly host and made us feel very comfortable. Her dog Pimms is a delight too and really brightened up the stay for the kids. Jane was trusting enough to take the dog for a long walk which was one of the highlights of our trip. The entertainment area is such a lovely place to relax. We made plenty of use of the pool which was very well equipped to keep the kids entertained (noodles, floats, play toys). We even enjoyed one movie night in that area one the huge comfy sofas. The surrounding village is wonderful too and nice to potter around. Will defo be going back very soon.
