Great studio apartment. Clean, sufficient amount of kitchen equipment. Washer/dryer combo unit was helpful for a longer stay. Not much around the place but easy to get to places via train or car (parking directly in front of the place everywhere easily available). Supermarket, bakery and cafe in walking distance. Definitely recommend staying here for any extended stays.

I was in Saarbrücken for a weekend blues festival and was able to make good use of the apartment for this. By simple arrangement, it was also possible to arrange the check-in later in the evening. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay and was very clean. Everything was great. Thanks!

We rented Mario’s place for one month. It has a very good connection to the city and the university. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, however sometimes it could be noisy as there is a street next to it. Mario is a responsive and helpful host. I would definitely recommend.
