I love that the house is close by for visiting family. everything was perfect.

Stayed here over the Easter weekend and had a lovely time. The flat was very comfortable. Well presented and cozy. Gina is a lovely host; very friendly and hospitable. Availability of parking was much appreciated as parking in the town centre is not always easy to find. Really enjoyed walking into town (which isn’t far away). Such a lovely area. Market day was vibrant and we very much enjoyed strolling around the various shops and taking in the local history. Would very much recommend.

Great pad and very well located to get into centre of saffron Walden and only 1 mile walk to Audley end. Nikki was very helpful and provided some good local insight for restaurants and activities.

This was my second time staying at Hollyhock Lodge, and it was just as lovely—if not more—than the first. I spent two weeks here and honestly didn’t want to leave. The space has such a warm, inviting feel, with its unique decor, cozy furnishings, and little details that show just how much care has gone into creating this home. Everything was spotless and well-stocked, from the fully equipped kitchen (perfect for longer stays) to the incredibly comfortable bed. I also really enjoyed the private outdoor area—ideal for a quiet read or a morning coffee. The location is unbeatable: peaceful yet right in the heart of Saffron Walden, just a few minutes' walk to great cafés, shops, and the town green.
