Monthly Rentals in Saint James City

We spent a week at this Airbnb on Pine Island (2 couples). We have been coming to Pine Island for years and it was by far our favorite stay. We loved the screened in outdoor area (much needed with all the bugs on Pine Island) and the heated pool was lovely. We took advantage of the dock and brought our boat and it was a perfect location, a very short ride to the intercostal. The Airbnb was nice inside and we felt very comfortable! As they do note, it is stocked with only basics to get your started so you will need to buy more soap, dishwasher detergent, etc if you’re staying more than a couple of days. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this Airbnb!

My wife and I loved this place. It was warm, cozy and very inviting. Everything worked great plenty of pillows and blankets. Just a great place to stay. Hopefully we get the opportunity to stay here again. Our hosts were tremendous. We really felt taken care of here.

This home is exactly what we needed! A clean, calm, relaxing, and welcoming environment. My wife loved the variety of lounge chairs, especially the soft sided loungers on the deck. Pool was amazing, excellent dock area for viewing boats and the sea life, and the ground floor bathroom was a big plus when using the ground level amenities. After 15+ years on FMB prior to Ian, we appreciated the quiet, laid back feel of St James City and this home. Host was A+, very responsive to questions and also sent suggestions for places to eat locally.
