Monthly Rentals in Sam Nak Thong

It was very great! I would recommend it to anyone who is thinking about booking! There are many great restaurants nearby and you can easily and quickly get to the island of Koh Samet. The place was exactly as shown in the photos. Everything shone because it was so clean. We will hopefully return soon. Thank you Ananda and thank you to everyone else who took such great care of us.

We loved Alex's place. The house itself is great with everything you need for your stay. It's also very well decorated and stylish. The grounds of Seabreezes are beautiful and well maintained. The communal pool is lovely and not heavily chorinated which we appreciated. Alex herself responds very quickly to queries and was very helpful before we came, assisting us to find a pick up truck to rent. We have no hesitation in recommending the house. Great location, 3 minutes walk to the beach and to the 7 Eleven and street food stalls. Also good restaurants nearby. We would certainly stay here again.

we spent 4 days in this lovely villa. The decoration is very beautiful and the outdoor environment is very well maintained as well as the pool whose water is clear, it is an ideal place to rest for a few days. We eat very well at the restaurant of the subdivision but if you want something more typical you can walk to the small fishing port and eat local and fresh on the beach. It's better to be transported if you stay long enough because the location is a little secluded, but for a few days it's ideal!
