We enjoyed the stay! The apartment was equipped with everything you can imagine and very clean ! Maurizio was always easy to reach and always committed to the well-being of his guests! The surroundings are very quiet and yet everything is easily accessible on foot. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping opportunities, etc. nearby. You can also get to the water quickly. I'm sure we'll be back to maurizio for the next vacation in Italy!

We had wonderfull time at Federico's place. The house is clean and tidy, the garden is large and fun, Federico was very responsive for every question we had and also sent us recommendations for several types of restaurants in the area. Thank you Federico!

Marta and her daughter were always available if there were any questions or the like. We would love to book the apartment again at any time.

Positive experience, the property is in a quiet area 5 minutes from downtown, with free parking right in front. The house was clean and very well cared for, complete with everything you need. Fiorella was very nice and approachable.
